Recruitment process

A great resume is the gateway to success.

When it comes to landing a job, your resume is critically important. That’s why we give it all the time and attention it deserves. Here’s what you can expect once you submit yours.

Step 1: We comb over it.

It doesn’t matter if we discover you via social media, databases, networking, job forums or through an unsolicited application – it’s all going to come down to your resume. Because that’s what we’re going to evaluate based on the criteria our clients set.

Step 2: We have a chat with you.

If your resume meets our clients’ criteria, we’ll schedule a meeting in our offices where we can get to know you better. We’ll discuss your career goals, your accomplishments – that sort of thing. During your visit, we’ll also match you with a dedicated recruiter.

Step 3: We give you our support.

We know our clients and we know their business sectors. So we’ll be able to give you the advice you need at every step of the recruiting process, right up to when you receive an offer.

One quick thing

We often receive a lot of applications for the same position, and unfortunately, not all of them meet the specified criteria. So we only contact the people whose profile fits what the client is looking for. That said, we’ll keep your resume on file for 6 months, and you never know – it’s possible that the perfect position will open up for you. If it does, you’ll be getting a call!
