Are you ready to play a pivotal role in the evolution of Hematology and Hemostasis? As a National Clinical Research Associate, you'll have the opportunity to put your skills to work in groundbreaking clinical trials, shaping the future of medical science.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with diverse, global teams to drive U.S. clinical trials for new reagents and analyzers, ensuring products meet rigorous regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a pulse on industry advancements, while fostering strong relationships with scientific thought leaders.
  • Design, conduct, and support clinical trials while navigating through study protocols and training stakeholders.
  • Serve as a vital bridge between North American and International counterparts to champion successful clinical trials.
  • Ensure field presence, set up exceptional conditions for clinical trial studies, and verify technical conditions for study success.
  • Participate in the analysis and interpretation of results alongside internal colleagues and clinical investigators.
  • Maintain alignment with FDA and CLSI regulations impacting the business.

Skills and qualifications :

  • A B.S. in Medical Technology or equivalent from an accredited institution
  • MT(ASCP) Certification or equivalent
  • Five years' hospital experience in Hematology and Coagulation, with a focus on validations, correlations, and training lab staff
  • Knowledge of Excel and Windows Office Suite Applications
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% during execution of studies
  • Full vaccination against COVID-19, absent a legally required accommodation
  • Experience in designing, organizing, and conducting clinical trials, statistical analysis methods for clinical data, and IVD product development are all a plus!
