Our client is on the lookout for talented Field Support Engineers in Fresno & Sacramento, CA; Greensboro, NC; Jacksonville, FL; and Minneapolis, MN. This is your chance to bring your technical expertise to the forefront, driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence for our innovative medical instruments.

Engaging Responsibilities:

  • Be the go-to person for onsite and remote service in your area - from emergency repairs and preventive maintenance to updates and installations.
  • Offer your community comprehensive support for all products.
  • Master our digital product range to support our Sales and Marketing initiatives and strategies.
  • Accurately document your valuable work in compliance with our SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate and diagnose technical issues, performing necessary repairs or replacements to ensure optimal performance of our analyzers.
  • Collaborate closely with our teams to expedite problem resolution, minimize downtime, and maintain our stellar customer satisfaction levels.
  • Monitor regional service contract metrics to drive contract renewal growth among primary accounts in your area.

Skills and qualifications :

  • High school diploma or GED (required). Associates Degree or Technical/Military School Certificate (a plus). Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university (preferred)
  • 3 years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing diagnostic equipment
  • Valid Driver's License and the willingness to travel within and occasionally outside your designated territory
  • Proficiency in Database and Internet software; Windows NT, XP, and DOS
  • Full vaccination against COVID-19, in line with customer requirements
