As the Director of Sales – North America, you'll be at the helm of strategic sales plans, driving the mission to make significant strides in medical science. This role is a unique opportunity to harness your expertise and knowledge to influence the industry's future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute compelling sales strategies to achieve our ambitious corporate goals.
  • Drive sales forecasting and establish performance targets.
  • Sustain sales growth, overseeing the sale process for the US and Canada while ensuring strict compliance.
  • Liaise closely with Finance and Contract groups to optimize contract profitability.
  • Determine customer needs through market analysis, setting price schedules and discount rates in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Guide the sales force in both the US and Canada, and oversee the technical support team in Canada.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and negotiate significant deals.
  • Lead the development of the annual sales budget for the US and Canada, and play an active role in creating the selling strategy, including an incentivizing compensation plan.

Skills and qualifications :

  • You hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. An MBA would be an added advantage
  • You have a solid 7-10 years of experience in a related field, with at least 5 years in a management role
  • You hold a valid driver's license and are open to travel, including internationally, up to 60% of the time
  • In line with customer requirements, you need to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, absent a legally required accommodation
