Our client, an international pharmaceutical group, is looking for a Commercial Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit for its OTC division. This position is focused on revenue growth, optimizing commercial strategies, and marketing.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute annual revenue plans
• Manage commercial investments and promotional tools
• Detect new opportunities through data analysis
• Oversee external business partners and Amazon Canada (3P)
• Conduct monthly performance reviews
• Analyze available sales data (sell-in and sell-out)
• Create trade tools and providing forecasts
• Work with supply chain to optimize inventory management

Skills and qualifications :

We are looking for a candidate with more than 5 years of related experience within OTC, Natural Health or CPG environment.
