Our client, a company specializing in healthcare technologies and provider of capital equipment, is actively seeking a sales representative to effectively promote its products to hospitals for Eastern Quebec. The selected candidate will be responsible for deeply understanding hospitals' needs, anticipating and addressing their inquiries while providing tailored solutions. They will maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by actively participating in equipment and contract renewal processes, while evaluating hospitals' operational models and identifying improvement opportunities. A thorough understanding of hospital procedures, budgets, and regulations is essential to excel in this role.

Skills and qualifications :

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Ability to understand and anticipate hospitals' needs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• Knowledge of medical technologies and the healthcare industry is a major asset.
