Do you bring 1- 3 years’ supply chain experience in the HABA or Food categories manipulating data using various tools like SQL, Macros, Access and an expert in Excel?

Then we at Hubble have an amazing opportunity for a Customer Supply Chain Analyst – as part of a tenacious and collaborative team with our client who is a leading manufacturer of consumer products that are distributed via the Canadian Mass retailer channels.  



Identify and develop sustainable tools to improve:  

  • Inventory levels; minimizing out of stock risk and aged inventory.  
  • Customer fill rate.  
  • Launch execution plans.  
  • End of Season Logic and returns reduction.  
  • Running daily reports.  
  • Serve as a primary internal contact for supply chain, logistics and ordering processes, ensuring. optimal inventory and order management.  
  • Own reporting and tools to support the Customer Supply Chain Manager.  
  • Liaise with internal Demand & Supply Planning, Customer Service and Transport Carrier.  
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to generate effective pre-promotion forecasting and planning, and post-promotion analysis to measure promotion effectiveness.  

Skills and qualifications :

One who is a highly motivated individual and is interested in an entrepreneurial environment – rolling their sleeves up & jumping in – making a difference. As well confident in their ability to manage a business & deliver on results.  

  • Self-starter who is driven by data analysis.  
  • Solid analytical and interpersonal skills are a must.  
  • Strong communication skills to deliver an impactful message cross-functionally.  
  • An expert in computer skills including experience in spreadsheet and data manipulation. Microsoft Office expertise and prior use of any data blending software would be advantageous.  
  • Relevant FMCG experience in an analytical capacity is a plus.
  • University degree is mandatory.  
  • Eligible to work in Canada (no exceptions)
