Job description :

Our client who is a well-established  Canadian manufacturer that supplies to the trucking/fleet industry has retained Hubble Talent to source a Territory Manager (newly created). The ideal candidate will reside in the GTA bringing that "hunter" mentality and understand that this role will involve being on the road across Ontario.

Responsible for:

  • Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to potential customer leads through cold calling.
  • Analyze the client needs to offer a customized solution.
  • Analyze the market potential of its territory / market – Belleville to Niagara.
  • Follow competitor activities and market trends.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales and profit targets set forward and tracking your steps along the way.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with members of the sales team and other departments.
  • Be in constant continuous improvement of their professional development.

Skills and qualifications :

  • The expectations are that the candidate bring 5+ years of Industrial OEM sales experience from the trucking/fleet space in Canada
  • Post-Secondary Education is mandatory
