Job description :

Our client is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative who will report directly to the Senior Supply Chain Manager. The incumbent will provide superior customer service and support the various departments in their administrative tasks. He/she will also respond to customer inquiries and provide information on the company's products and services.

Main tasks:

  • Respond promptly to customer needs in a positive, courteous and respectful manner
  • Respond to requests for service and assistance
  • Provide customers with detailed product information
  • Handle customer problems and follow up with appropriate solutions
  • Handle all customer requests accurately and promptly
  • Ensure total customer satisfaction
  • Accurately document and update customer files
  • Support sales and service teams
  • Support the management team in various administrative tasks and projects

Skills and qualifications :

  • CEGEP diploma, equivalent or higher
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent ability to listen and find solutions to customer requests
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor is a must
  • Maintain an emphatic, respectful and courteous attitude
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French
