Job description :
Our client is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative who will report directly to the Senior Supply Chain Manager. The incumbent will provide superior customer service and support the various departments in their administrative tasks. He/she will also respond to customer inquiries and provide information on the company's products and services.
Main tasks:
- Respond promptly to customer needs in a positive, courteous and respectful manner
- Respond to requests for service and assistance
- Provide customers with detailed product information
- Handle customer problems and follow up with appropriate solutions
- Handle all customer requests accurately and promptly
- Ensure total customer satisfaction
- Accurately document and update customer files
- Support sales and service teams
- Support the management team in various administrative tasks and projects
Skills and qualifications :
- CEGEP diploma, equivalent or higher
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in a customer service role
- Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent ability to listen and find solutions to customer requests
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional demeanor is a must
- Maintain an emphatic, respectful and courteous attitude
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French
