Do you bring 2-3 years’ experience influencing internal supply chain, sales, marketing and most importantly a customer centric focus with mass retailers in Canada?

Then we at Hubble have an amazing opportunity for a Customer Business Development Manager – as part of a dynamic and collaborative team with our client who is a leading manufacturer of consumer products both branded/private label found in the fresh and dry aisles at Walmart, LCL and Costco. Reporting directly to the National Manager, this individual will work out of their Toronto corporate office.

Overview:

  • Assist in developing business plans in order to reach the company's goals.
  • Assist in meeting and exceeding monthly objectives by product category, for each direct customer.
  • Analyze the overall market and competitor’s activity in order to identify competitors’ threats and new business opportunities.
  • Maintaining key data tracking and insights, to help drive efficient business decisions.
  • Assist in negotiating a maximum number of promotional activities. Negotiate the flyer activity, competitors’ retails, and share of shelf, listings, planograms, and distribution targets.
  • Assist in developing short and long-term strategies.

Skills and qualifications :

 

  • Proficiency is a must with Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Positive and professional attitude.
  • Experience with SAP, Nielsen are an asset.
  • Proven ability influencing various internal departments and stakeholders.
  • 2 years’ experience calling on Canadian retailers.
  • Post-Secondary education required.
